ALL-AMERICAN REBEL Middle blocker Regina Thomas continued to leave her mark in the Ole Miss record books when she was named the program’s first All-America selection in 2010. Thomas followed that up by being selected as an honorable mention All-American in the 2011 season to mark the second straight year for Ole Miss to have a player earn postseason honors from the American Volleyball Coaches Association on the national level. ALL-REGION HONORS Thomas also earned All-Region honors from the AVCA for the second straight season when she was named an All-South First Team selection following the 2011 campaign. ALL-SEC SELECTION Thomas also earned recognition from the Southeastern Conference’s coaches for the second straight season when she was named an All-SEC second team selection at the end of the regular season. Thomas is the first Rebel to earn back-toback All-SEC honors since Rachel Kieckhaefer in 2007 and 2008.
