SUMMER INTERNSHIP FINANCE-TREASURY Internship Description: The McGraw-Hill Companies is seeking an undergraduate student to join its Corporate Treasury Group for a 10-12 week full-time paid summer internship. The Corporate Treasury Intern position is located in New York City for students currently completing his/her junior year of college. The Corporate Treasury Intern will assist the team by assuming responsibility for managing the Company's global banking network - currently near 400 accounts located in all major countries around the world. The intern will work closely with McGraw-Hill managers and staff around the world but particularly in the shared service hubs located in Singapore, Mexico City and Maidenhead (London) England. The intern will also be responsible for the coordination of the relationship between Treasury and the Corporate legal and tax departments, including review of new bank contracts and issuance of corporate resolutions and other legal documentation. A highly motivated candidate will have the opportunity to gain significant global banking and international trade banking experience, coaching from experienced business professionals, and unique insights into how banking, cash management and global financial strategy is developed and executed at a leading global firm. During the internship, the Corporate Treasury Intern will be staffed on one or more projects led by a senior team member.
