RIBBON CUTTING CEREMONIES WELCOME TO O’FALLON! As we welcome in a new year, I am honored to be serving as Chairman of the Board for your O’Fallon Chamber of Commerce. I’m excited to be following Adam Hopper, whose leadership continued our tradition as a vibrant and growing Chamber. Membership has grown and participation in our networking events has also increased with close to 200 in attendance at December’s luncheon. Our relationship with the City has never been stronger. Just a bit about myself for those who may not know me. I have been a resident of O’Fallon since 1992. In 2006 the company I worked for scaled back their operations in a number of cities across the country, St. Louis being one of them. Rather than move away from the city we considered home, I decided to leave the company and start my own business. My wife and I opened our doors in January of 2007, with a Chamber ribbon cutting and one employee. Today we have a staff of three.

The O’Fallon Chamber of Commerce and the City of O’Fallon are excited to welcome these new businesses to the community and to help them celebrate with a with a Ribbon Cutting ceremony.

As we move into 2014 I see our Chamber continuing to thrive. The staff and board are dedicated and committed to providing its members with numerous opportunities and programs to help in developing and growing your business. From networking events to educational programs and legislative forums, we want to provide our members with the tools you want and need. At our annual board retreat we will be looking at where we have been and plan for the future. Your Chamber is only as strong as its members and it is quite obvious that we have a robust business community which has weathered the not too distant economic struggles. Please continue to encourage your friends to join us as we grow together. Our staff and board is always willing to talk should you have any concerns or questions. I wish you all the best in 2014 and remember to shop chamber first. I wish you all the best in 2014 and remember to shop chamber first.
