First Aider required HELP!! Is there a First Aider out there who could volunteer their services for the Ashwell Village Fete on 21 June? Happy Birthday Pram & Toddler Service The Pram & Toddler Service at Oakham celebrated 15 years last Monday – have a look at the display in the north transept to see how it has developed over that time.


Christian Aid Week

We are now at the end of Christian Aid Week. The charity is already helping Nepal – please support them if you can.

The stall will be at Oakham after today’s 10:30 service, and at Langham for the 11:00 Team Service on 31 May. Do come and support it if you can. Thank you. Denise (722729).

Flower Guild Quiz All Saints Oakham Flower Guild are raising funds for their flowers to decorate the church, particularly at festival times. Please support them by buying a £1 ticket to enter their Flower Quiz –from Guild members, or Betty (722387) or Alina (756845). Thanks to Gordon Woods for putting the quiz together. Traidcraft and Jewellery Recycling The figure from recycling of unwanted jewellery and old bank notes has now reached a massive £21,890! I still have a supply of envelopes if you would like to take place in this worthwhile scheme. Denise (01572 722729)
