L&OD Digital Workplace - Components Facebook @ Work provides a social productive platform to connect Oxfam staff globally.

Moodle provides an interactive learning platform for all L&OD GSS offers and also affiliate offers.

This platform provides us with a ready, easily implementable platform for global communications, customer/user interaction, and an interactive storefront for L&OD offers.

This becomes a storefront for promoting and delivering learning opportunities globally in different product areas.

Global Active Directory

Office 365 Compass provides a formal intranet backbone to the organization – connecting all parts of One Oxfam in a social collaborative work space. Teams and groups can find, connect and collaborate.

Box provides a file-sharing backbone for our collaborative work. L&OD can house key work documents and share them easily across organizational boundaries.

This represents a more formal, structured, easily navigated background to the social network provided by FaceBook @ Work.

All Oxfam documentation is also protected as our intellectual property due to our licensing agreements.

L&OD Work Collaboration Platforms Compass with Box integration provides the digital foundation for work collaboration. Trello (Project Management), Smart Sheets (Planning and Budgeting), Skype (Internal Communication) and Webex (Team meetings, Virtual Events) are a powerful group of digital tools that further enhance team productivity.
