Business & Industry SafeLand USA Basic Safety Awareness

Safeland USA provides uniform consistent information, education and basic safety orientation to workers in the oil and gas industry. The currriculum focuses on three areas: comprehensive safety, health and environmental training. The course is accredited by the Energy Training Council (ETC) and recorded with ISNetworld. Lifetime certifications received in this 10-hour program are nationally recognized. Our qualified trainers have met all of the requirements to instruct the course. Scheduling for the classes is flexible and the cost for companies to participate is affordable. This class is offered monthly or on demand. (See page 8 of this catalogue for pricing information. This class offered monthly in Alva. Call for more information for classes offered in the Fairview area.)

Provides on-going, short-term adult training. This training enables adults to upgrade practical skills and provides adults the opportunity to further explore areas of interest.

Creations in Cuisine Trey Bartlett, the instructor is a former chef of Oakwood Country Club in Enid. He has been the executive chef for the Sheraton Hotel chain, Texarkana Texas and worked for Ed Costello of Costello’s of Enid. This class will have you creating meals from personal ideas and imagination including, appetizers, salads, breads, entrees and desserts. Students will be paired up to create menus and have hands-on competition. Menus & recipes will be documented during the process. All participants will receive a cookbook of the creations at the end of the course. Have a fun evening and bring your appetite. This class begins on February 7 and again on March 29.
