Visit the Bearcat ID Office to take your Bearcat Card photo, if you haven’t already. Verify your enrollment in CatPAWS between Aug. 13 - 18. Pick up your textbooks at The Station. Be sure to verify your enrollment in CatPAWS first and take your Bearcat Card with you. If you pick up your books on Saturday, you will need to walk to The Station to avoid Move-In Day traffic. Complete your parking permit registration in CatPAWS if you plan to have a car on campus. Then, pick up your parking permit in the Cashiering Office. Be sure to take your Bearcat Card! Sign the Laptop Agreement in CatPAWS, then pick up your laptop. Be sure to take your Bearcat Card! Start using your meal plan. Your plan is active beginning Saturday, Aug. 14, at 10:30 a.m. Check your Northwest email account daily. Your email username and password can be found in CatPAWS under “Personal Information.” Attend your University Seminar class. See times and locations in this planner and in your welcome letter, which you received in your envelope upon check in. Attend all required events that are indicated with a Bearcat in this planner. ADVISING AND SCHEDULE CHANGES Your advisor will email you during Advantage and include their office location(s) and walk-in hours. This is a great time to stop and say hello, ask questions or make schedule changes. Please see your Northwest email account or your Welcome Packet for your advisor’s office hours and location.

If you cannot connect with your advisor during office hours or you have general questions, stop by Orientation Central in the Student Success Center on the 2nd floor of B.D. Owens Library or email studentsuccess@nwmissouri.edu. If you have questions not related to advising, you can ask your resident assistant (RA), University Seminar instructor or peer advisor (PA). They can also help you get adjusted and answer questions!

Incoming Class of 2021 Tree Each year, Northwest plants a tree dedicated to the incoming class. This year, the incoming class of 2021 tree is a Robin Hill Serviceberry tree and is located northwest of B.D. Owens Library (across the street from Franken Hall).
