Cane Garden Bay, a beach common among tourists, is also less than a ten minute drive from Island Villas.

Renting with Island Villas Guests staying at Island Villas will be provided full maid service, a complementary vehicle & day sail, facilities such as a full work out gym, pool, jacuzzi, sauna, barbecue, poolside dining area, tennis/ basketball courts (upon completion) and wireless internet. The magnificent villas are all equipped with cable TV, DVD player, stereos (inside & outside), a hairdryer, as well as all linens and towels. Our newly completed villa “Royal Azure” is available for short term rentals and can host up to 14 people; for smaller groups, contact Nathan Wong.

To avoid disappointing smaller groups of visitors that would obviously enjoy staying at Royal Azure for their vacation, we chose to set our pricing based on a per person rate, rather than a flat fee for the entire house. Especially during times of economic crisis this is the best way to offer affordable luxury to the most people looking to visit the B.V.I. The private parties are for birthdays, special events, conference groups, holiday celebrations etc. These prices are negotiable depending on the size of the party and what needs to be prepared.

It was our goal to construct a villa that was capable of accommodating large groups of people and offer its guests all the amenities one could imagine. Now that the villa is complete, many can attest to a job well done. With 6 bedrooms, 8 bathrooms and enough deck space to accommodate a group of 150 people (which is extremely rare for villas in the BVI due to the grade of the land) we can be proud to say that this villa definitely does have it all.
