Names and Contact information of 3 references. - At least one reference must be local staff from the NPH Home you lived in (if applicable) - At least one reference must be from the Latin American/Caribbean country you lived in (if you have not lived in NPH) - No family members or friends please 4. Submit answers to the following essay questions: a. How do you believe growth and change occur, especially in the young adult years (under 500 words)? b. Former Volunteers: How has your life been impacted by your involvement with NPH (if applicable/under 300 words)? Non-NPH Volunteers: How has your life been impacted by your work abroad? c. How does your faith impact your life and how do you imagine it informing your work within this program (under 500 words)? d. Why is leadership development important for the future of NPH and the local communities we serve(under 500 words)?
