We have an immediate need for a talented, experienced Model Spokesperson to work full-time (40-45 hours/week) and report to our Human Resources Director in our Philadelphia, PA office. Overview: We are looking for a model spokesperson for NowWear.com who has good speaking ability, is able to perform and have an outstanding personality, and of course is naturally talented. This person will host our Executive President Campaign search. The successful candidate of the NowWear Executive President search campaign will receive a 3 year contract as Executive President for NowWear Corporation and the Executive spokesperson of the company.

The model spokesperson will continue to function as spokesperson and report directly to the President and designated Corporation Executive. The model spokesperson will travel greater than 50% of the time to host design fairs and promote NowWear® designers for 2009, as well as spending the time preparing for our annual major fashion career fair. Speaking too media, sponsors and supporters on behalf of NowWear. Lobbying and seeking greater support for our Jobs Program.
In search of an individual that must be elegant with personality, striking talent and intelligent to represent Natural Organized Woman Sorority Incorporated® Jobs Program at various forums, group meetings and media in and around the Maryland, Washington D.C. Metropolitan Area and country. The schedule would consist of 6 to4 hours a day, 2-4 hours a night, 4-6 times per week. The position is performance driven draw against commission based with bimonthly draws from a salary base. The responsibilities would include: 1. Managing Career booth/table, networking, and/or discussing in a group setting the details regarding NowWear® Jobs Program.

2. Speaking to the group detailing what NowWear’s Mentoring offers and discusses how it differs greatly from any of the other employment mentoring programs that are available. 3. You would be networking in general amongst a crowd engaging in casual conversation, discussing our programs, handing out brochures and business cards to the potentially interested talent, sponsors and donors 4. Dress: Natural, yet elegant Business attire. In other words you must look the part of a professional spokesperson. 5. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in the HR, Marketing and/or Design & Fashion industry Working knowledge with proven experience in Modeling Experience in Business-oriented roles, specifically as a Managing Director or Business Development Manager preferred, but not required Experience selling a competing product offering preferred, but not required Proven and extensive knowledge of the USA business landscape, inclusive of regional business trends and employment recruitment Ability to act independently Ability to multi-task and handle multiple clients and issues simultaneously Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
