Acqua Restaurant has been delivering classic italian cuisine with a modern twist created the Chef's artistic inspiration, keeping Italian regional recipes fabulous for guests. Its signature dishes Mr. Frau would like to recommend for 2013 include Black Angus(beef tartar with Stracchino cheese and Taggiasche olives), Low Temperature Diavola Style (octopus with potato, rosemary and aged balsamic), Yellow Fin Tuna Carpaccio (marinated with extra virgin olive oil, Sicilian lemons, fresh artichokes and Bottarga). With high quality of products and its excellence, Acqua has still received several awards. Since 2010, Acqua Restaurant has received the Award for Excellence form Wine Spectator, due to the fact that it features one of the best wine list in the World. Its wine list includes over 430 labels mostly from Italy. Moreover, it has been part of the Miele Guide Asian Best Restaurants and the Thailand Tatler Best Restaurants since the same year.
