Step 1 Insert cassette body to hub.

Step 2 Insert allen key 12mm & screw it by hand in order to connect “Fixed Bolt” with cassette body.

Step 3 Insert torque wrench to allen key 12mm.

Step 4 Support the wheel on a stable surface & tighten the “Fixed Bolt” which secures the cassette body to the hub shell.

Step 5 Use torque 400kgf-cm to tight it properly.

Step 6 Clean cups on both sides of hub.

Step 7 Clean all removed parts.

Step 8 Grease cups on both sides of hub.

Step 9 Put new (or cleaned) ball back to hub & cassette body.

Step 10 Insert axle to the hub.

Step 11 Screw in “Cone” on axle.

Step 12 Remainder of removed parts which will be assembled.

Step 13 Put “Dust Cup” over hub hole.

Step 14 Press “Dust Cup” into hub.

Step 15 Insert washers.

Step 16 Insert “Nut” and screw it in axle.

15mm

17mm Step 17 Gently tighten “Cone” and axle.

Step 18 Hold “Cone” and tighten “Nut” in clockwise direction.

Step 19 Check axle's rotation smoothness.

Step 20 Insert “Oil Seal” to cassette body.

Step 21 Press “Oil Seal” to correct position.

Step 22 Check smoothness of rotation and check if cassette body works properly.

Step 23 Final checking.
