Sponsorship Investment Plan There are a vast number of opportunities for organizations who are interested in maximizing their investment in Norfolk Collegiate. Organizations have the opportunity to sponsor annually, make a one time donation, or customize an ongoing donation. Marketing, advertising, branding, and recognition will be based on your donation plan and is outlined in the enclosed information. If your company chooses to donate time and/or in-kind donations, we can work with you to create a sponsorship rewards package that is right for you. By investing in the Special Events offered at Norfolk Collegiate, your company will have the opportunity to interact with and engage our school community members in a variety of ways. Special Events Summary We welcome our corporate sponsors to be a part of our special events, engaging with our alumni, current and past parents, faculty, staff and friends in the community.
Fall Fair & Homecoming Weekend October 19 & 20, 2018 Over 300 guests joined us for last year’s fourth annual Oyster Roast & Taste of Collegiate on Friday night. This outdoor event includes live music, food, and libations for our guests to enjoy outside of the Meredith Center for the Arts. Fall Fair is held on Saturday and brings together over 450 guests for athletic contests, children’s games, concessions, plant sale, Farmers Market and more! This is a longstanding tradition that truly reflects the Norfolk Collegiate experience.
Annual Auction May 4, 2019 The Annual Auction is Norfolk Collegiate’s largest fundraiser of the year, bringing together over 300 guests and volunteers for a night filled with great food, drinks and bidding fun! The auction planning committee collected over 300 silent auction items, including gift certificates, sporting event packages, jewelry and more! VIP tables for our diamond sponsors are the best seats in the house for the exciting live auction, where guests last year spent over $44,000 on 18 packages.
Golf Classic June 11, 2019 Held each year at Bayville Golf Club, one of the most highly regarded private courses in Virginia, this annual tournament welcomes over 25 foursomes to hit the links for a day of friendly competition, generous prizes, cold drinks and delicious eats! Business partners and sponsors help provide each golfer with a well-stocked goodie bag, as well as fun activities and prizes throughout the course.
