Participating’ Artists Press Agency (P.A.P.A.) is een internationaal netwerk van kunstenaars/ fotografen dat is opgezet en wordt geleid door Lino Hellings. De aangesloten fotografen werken mee aan gezamenlijke projecten die zij zelfstandig in hun eigen land uitvoeren.
