Now that you’re registered, it’s time to fundraise! Follow these easy steps for success: 1. Set a fundraising goal. In 2009, the average walker raised $225, but who wants to be average? Strive to be extraordinary and help Texans living with MS! 2. Update your online personal page. Visit walkMStexas.org, click on your local walk site, click on Forms & Downloads, and view the Participant Center How To Guide for simple step by step guide to customize your own fundraising web page.

What should I bring to the walk? Bring your pledge envelope with donations sealed inside, appropriate outerwear and camera! Does everyone get a Walk MS shirt? All registered walkers who raise a minimum of $100 qualify for the 2010 walk t-shirt. Can I bring my dog? Sugar Land and The Woodlands sites are dog friendly. Be sure dogs are leashed and messes are cleaned up.
