It always happens to me when i came across grocery lists and reciepts everywhere- be the jacket pocket, drawers, wallet, an old plastic bag. By my surprise, i usually don’t remember i wrote it, nor do i remember eating what was on the reciepts. It was then, i thought: ‘this is my time capsule!’.

Recorded on the photograph ic materials, past is to be found in the future. At the m oment, we often forget things we have done . Photos relive our memories again.

In our everyday life, we often do certain things that we neglect later. The things we ate, we may forget. Have you ever been in a situation, which someone asked what you have eaten earlier and you just couldn’t remember it? It may take you awhile to recall the memory. I’ve been in that situation many times. Sometimes the more I try to recall, the less I could remember. Is it because the food isn’t tasty or else? As a designer, I like to create things and remember them in forms and colors. So this is my project, The Memories, a project that I am determined to make what I consumed memorable, and embrace its once existence.

...one day i cried over a candy i left expired without even tasting it.
