WELCOME TO NINETEEN DESIGN STUDIO Congratulation on your engagement. You must be excited and buzzing with ideas. At Nineteen Design Studio, we want to help you with your wedding preparation by taking care of you and all of your stationery planning. We have developed a diverse line of wedding packages to suit different couples. Please note that small changes in color font are available on almost all of our designs. Look through it and use it to review the standard customisations, along with upgrades like paper, envelope liners and die cut shapes. You can choose from an already designed semi-custom invitation suite, or work with us on a custom invitation set just for your celebration. Getting married is a milestone in one’s life and at Nineteen Design Studio, we will always try our best to help contribute to that happy day. Please note that we take on a handful of custom design projects per month, so be sure to get in touch early to reserve a spot on the calendar and let me know how we can make your special day.

PROCESS & EXPECTATION
WHAT STATIONERY PIECES DO YOU NEED? When choosing the pieces for your suite, consider what information needs to be shared with your guest. Including a map, accommodation information, or a small card directing them to your wedding wesbite can be very helpful as they plan to be part of your beautiful day. Collection items are priced individually to give you the flexibility to build the stationery suite that best fits your unique needs and personality. The price guide on the following pages is provided, so that you can assemble your own quote. It is categorized into printing styles: flat printing and foil stamping. Each item is listed separately, so that you can put together a combination of only the pieces that you need and want. The Wedding Collection is customizable with your wording, as well as fonts and colors. A variety of extras are available to further customize your suite.
STEP 1 — GET A QUOTE Get a quote by using the handy pricing grid on page 20 of our catalog. We understand that while most of our pricing is covered here, it’s always nice to see a written price quote. Please don’t hesitate to ask for one and we’ll email it to you as a PDF file.
STEP 2 — OPEN YOUR ORDER Send us an email and let us know you’re ready to place an order. We will follow with a Wedding Detail Form for you to fill in. Upon receipt all above items and any clarifications ( if applies ), for Collection range, we will send you a contract and order form that will inquire about all the details of your big day and give you space to discuss your ideas, colors, and more. After we receive your contract, we will send a 50% non-refundable deposit invoice for our clients to pay. Once the deposit is paid and you have sent your order form and any images that inspire the creative vision for your event, we will begin designing options and communicating via email on a regular basis.
STEP 3 — PROOFING You will receive the first invitation in PDF proof between 5 to 7 working days via email. Up to two addition rounds of revision proofs will be complimentary. Any additional minor text edits after the second round of revisions will incur a fee of $25 per printed requiring edits (i.e. invitation, direction card, etc.) Finalize your order by submitting your approval via email of the final proof. Once we receive your final approval, we require payment in full (minus the deposit you’ve already paid) and we move your order into production. If you are interested in seeing more than one invitation design, there is an additional fee of $35 per design. If you are changing things drastically (i.e. a very different font) then it could change the invitation considerably, so be prepared for additional proofs or edits if it doesn’t look as you had imagined. Minor texts edits are defined as simple tweaks to existing copy and layout (i.e. adding or removing a word, correcting misspellings, correcting capitalization, changing colour, etc.) Major edits are defined as any edits that require considerable rework to the design (i.e. changes in layout, font selection, motifs, dimensions, etc.) or major texts revisions (i.e. adding large amount of copy, flowing in new copy, etc.) and will incur proof fees any time after the initial proof Hence, please consolidate all comments during the 2 rounds of amendments. Subsequent revisions will take from 1 to 3 working days depending the amendments.
STEP 4 — GET EXCITED! Once we receive your approval, we will send you the entire suite in a final e-mail along with your final invoice. We require a clear approval to print via e-mail and the remainder of your payment is due at that time. You can expect to receive your invitations within 14 working days. For orders with specialty such as foil stamping or die-cutting, please allow up to an additional 5 - 10 working days. Upon approval of the final design, you accept responsibility for the design, typographical elements, and the costs associated with reprinting.

P R I N T I N G
Flat, or digital, printing is a modern and affordable form of printing where the ink is transferred to the paper using a digital image, resulting in a smooth 'flat' finish. This type of printing allows for unlimited use of colors, as well as large areas of saturated color. Invitations are printed on 250gsm FSC Certified Textured Card Stock

S T A M P I N G
Foil Stamping is one of our favorite printing processes. A die is created and pressed into the paper, transferring a metallic foil design onto the paper, under heat and pressure. Foil stamping gives the stamped design a shiny and incredible look and is increasingly becoming the preferred method of printing in many an industry. You can select from the following foil colors: gold, silver, rose gold and black. Invitations are printed on 330gsm Card Stock in your choice of white or vanilla or you can upgrade to 660gsm double thick card stock.

Return Address Printing The return address is printing on the envelope flap . They are available in foil stamping. Because they do not change (the same address is on every envelope), you can use a script font, non-script font, or combination of the two, without affecting the price. Place Card Printing Upload a spreadsheet formatted to match our example template. Your sheet should have two columns - "Name" and "Table Number". If you need to indicate meal options, include a third column for "Meal". Please note that spreadsheets must be formatted properly before we can accept them. Incorrectly formatted spreadsheets will be sent back for correction. Ordering You are encouraged to place order as per the indicated quantity quantum, however, should the final order falls in between the recommended quantity quantum, the unit cost will be based on the higher tier unit cost. For example, the cost for flat print invitation order 55 to 70 is $3.60 per set.
