Date is Saturday start, program a bit like the Vienna plan based on Bristol actual. Happy Gathering is Genny, Mike, Henry with 3 rooms of 60 people, as euha membership event for CHOs

CEO event is invitation event to sow seeds at Chief Exec level of Cities and Companies, for showing RoI from a CHO…, for promoting euha membership, for commiting to take on an interim CHO, signing up for Happy People courses and AwB etc, CSFs. gather central and local teams, create program, publicise, deliver MAP / https://europeanhappinessassociation.wordpress.com/map/ If you are on a journey, it helps to have a map of where you are going, this is first draft of a map

The idea is to have as soon as possible a Chief Happiness Officer in each village, town, city, school, company, organisation and home across Europe, who would accept responsibility for the for happiness of the people within their area/arena. Extending over time to reach a covering of 80% of the 700m people in Europe, thats 560m people. Ideally all people would have a mentor and be part of a one step program to consistently improve happiness following logical incrementalism, one step per day. All member would also have an eBuddy in another EU country and another continent to improve international understanding.

How to get there / routes to one scenario / appoint CHO and they attend Happy Space event where key happiness advocates co.create local progress. An aim being to grow membership of companies, cities and citizens, contributing membership fees aginst clear membership value offerings, which are called off and delivered in a balanced budget fashion delivering triple bottom line benefits to all 100% EU members

dates for diary / key Happy Space events seen as in Vienna early 2015, in London early 2015, in Derby/Gravesend/Passau/Munich/ Marseilles early 2015. initial Happy Space event 2014 at Baden Powell House London soon as critical audience gathered

…its an inclusive process, designed for all, based on Mr Happy of the Mr Men. Creating Happyland within Europe as a model.

steps are fairly simple…/ 1 identify key players in the area already active in happiness / 2 bring them together in an open space, then happy space, then happy gathering/ 3 co.create localised plans from that with umbrella support and connections to other hubs for sharing best practice / rinse and repeat.

notes… there is a plan developing for 5 day 4 night open space/happy space events. staying at appropriate accomodation, using appropriate spaces, international teams of people with passion first gel as a team in the walk your talk open space concept, focussed on their own ideas, and the second event, happy space, builds on this as to how they might at same time contribute to happiness in their community. leave with action plan for home community space…

as a next step please engage in the facebook group or email me, Nigel

Membership Benefits might include…. / interim CHO for x days / Happiness Coaching / tickets to Happy Gatherings / open space events in city or company / organisation of WoH locally or in company / a teddy bear, bee or Mr Happy article / Mr Happy book, Relax!, Happiness Works!, etc for employees or citizens / weekly program of Happiness Meetups to share positive energy
