Avon Online Avon Products, Inc, known as Avon, founded by David H. McConnell in 1886 is a direct selling company in beauty, family, and personal care groups. Avon had annual earnings of $5.7 billion globally in 2016. It's the fifth-largest beauty firm and, with 6.4 million agents, is the 2nd largest direct selling enterprise in the world (later Amway). Avon Products is a multi-level marketing and advertising company. The organization's CEO is Jan Zijderveld, that had been appointed to the position in February 2018. Avon sells products in over 100 nations. Brazil is the company's largest market, passing the USA in 2010. Avon entered the marketplace. Direct selling was outlawed in China in 1998, which forced Avon to market only through physical shops called Beauty Boutiques.
