CHEF’S HOLIDAY COOKING DEMONSTRATIONS Chef’s Holiday Cooking Demonstrations at the Historic French Market, located under the Market’s shed, midway between Ursulines and Gov. Nichols on the Market Fare Stage. Cooking Demonstrations are free and open to the public, begin at 2pm, and last approximately 45 minutes. Learn the secrets of local cuisine from the chefs who make New Orleans the culinary capital of the world! Acclaimed local Chefs share Reveillon recipes at free cooking demonstrations and samplings that are guaranteed to spice up your holidays. Space and seating is limited, so come early!
