Questo però col passare del tempo può portare alla comparsa di squilibri e carenze causate da difficoltà digestive. Si tratta comunque di una suddivisione non assoluta e vincolante, infatti nell’acquario, viste le dimensioni limitate, non esiste una reale distinzione tra superficie e fondo, per cui i pesci si spostano facilmente da una zona all’altra alla ricerca del cibo. Per questo motivo l’alimento che funge da RAZIONE BASE deve poter essere assunto con facilità da pesci di ogni tipo, quindi deve galleggiare, poi scendere lentamente ed infine depositarsi sul fondo senza disgregarsi. I mangimi in GRANULI e STICKS possiedono queste caratteristiche ed essendo simili ai bocconi presenti in natura, sono gli alimenti più idonei per attuare una corretta nutrizione. Sono assunti con facilità da tutti i tipi di pesci ed in tutte le zone dell’acquario. In acquari di comunità, in cui vivono pesci di taglie molto diverse, possono verificarsi fenomeni di competizione alimentare spesso causati da pesci, che per il loro carattere irruento ed aggressivo, disturbano i soggetti più piccoli e timidi. Alcuni pesci si alimenteranno in eccesso ingrassando e diventando preda di malattie e parassiti, mentre altri saranno stressati da una frugale ed insufficiente alimentazione. È perciò necessario disporre di MANGIMI DI GRANULOMETRIA ADEGUATA alla dimensione della bocca dei pesci: NEWA Delice sono disponibili in diverse granulometrie calibrate. Per i soggetti che sono particolarmente timidi o che hanno una forma del corpo che non permette loro di

Potrebbe perdere o assumere aromi non sempre graditi ai pesci (utilizzare dosatori o mangiatoie automatiche). 2) Non acquistare confezioni troppo grandi (anche se convenienti), il cibo non deve durare più di 1 mese. 3) Non conservare gli alimenti in contenitori aperti o con chiusura difettosa. 4) Verificare sulla confezione la data di scadenza e le regolari diciture di legge.

Non conoscendo la dimensione dell’acquario, il numero e la taglia dei pesci, non é possibile stabilire una dose precisa di mangime o di qualsiasi altro alimento. Per evitare errori (in genere di dosaggio eccessivo) possono essere utili i seguenti consigli:

This is by no means an absolute, binding division because, in actual fact, in the aquarium, given the limited dimensions, there is no real distinction between the surface and the bottom, so the fish can move easily from one area to another in search of food. For this reason, the food which acts as the BASIC RATION must be able to be easily consumed by any kind of fish, so it must float, then sink slowly and finally, settle on the bottom without breaking up. Food in GRANULES and STICKS have these characteristics and, since they resemble the morsels present in nature, they are the most suitable kind of food for implementing proper nutrition. They are easily consumed by all types of fish and in all areas of the aquarium. In community aquariums where assorted size fish live, competition may occur for food, often instigated by fish which have an over-enthusiastic, aggressive nature, disturbing the smaller, more timid fish. Some fish feed in excess, so put on weight and become susceptible to diseases and parasites, while other are stressed by an overly simple, poor diet. It is, therefore, necessary to have feed of the correct particle size for the size of the fish’s mouth: NEWA Delice comes in different, calibrated particle sizes. For especially shy fish or ones with a body shape that does not allow them to move easily in the water (e.g. crustaceans and bottom feeders), it is a good idea to administer the food in a shape, formulation and consistency that reduces the biological load of the water.

Supplement the diet with imagination The basic diet, implemented with complete food, supplemented with vitamins and trace elements, is the ideal solution for preventing deficiencies and excesses. Thus, the nutritional requirements of fish are fully covered. If you want to, you can supplement the diet with special food, such as dehydrated and frozen food for aquariums or for human consumption. Preserving the food Ornamental fish are attracted by food that smells good and well preserved. So, it is advisable to apply the following rules: 1) Do not touch the food with your hands! It could lose or assume tastes that fish do not like (use a dispenser or automatic feeder). 2) Do not buy overly large packages (even if on special offer); the food should not last more than one month. 3) Do not store food in open containers or ones with defective lids. 4) Check the expiry date on the package and the correct legislative declarations.

Without knowing the dimensions of the aquarium, the number and the size of the fish, it is not possible to establish a precise amount of feed or any other food. To avoid errors (generally, excessive quantities), the following advice may prove useful: 1) Administer a quantity of feed that can be consumed within a few minutes (3-4). Any leftover or excess food should be removed. 2) Administer food with different grain sizes at the same time, in proportion to the size of the fish in the aquarium. 3) Start with minimum amounts, checking after 1-2 weeks if the fish are putting on weight, are active and hungry. 4) Once you have determined the daily dose, divide it into 2-3 meals, using an automatic feeder, if preferred. 5) Be patient and get the fish used to eating different types of food. 6) Do not administer the food when the aquarium lights are off. 7) Do not administer food to turtles when the temperature is below 20°C.

C’est pourquoi l’aliment servant de RATION DE BASE, pour pouvoir être consommé avec facilité par tous les types de poissons, doit flotter puis descendre lentement avant de se déposer sur le fond sans se désagréger. La nourriture en GRANULÉS et en STICKS possède ces caractéristiques et le fait qu’ils ressemblent à des bouchées présentes dans la nature les rendent idéales pour une nutrition correcte. Ils sont mangés avec facilité par tous les types de poissons et dans toutes les zones de l’aquarium. Dans les aquariums communs où vivent des poissons de tailles très différentes, des phénomènes de compétition alimentaire peuvent se produire, souvent à cause de certains poissons au caractère impétueux et agressif, qui dérangent les sujets plus petits et timides. Certains poissons mangent trop et grossissent, devenant ainsi victimes de maladies et de parasites, tandis que d’autres seront stressés par une alimentation frugale et insuffisante. Conservation des aliments Les poissons d’ornement sont attirés par des aliments parfumés et en parfait état de conservation. Il est donc conseillé d’appliquer les règles suivantes : 1) Ne pas toucher la nourriture avec les mains !
