NOMINATED BY HIS STUDENTS William J. Hamilton, Ph.D. is a recipient of the Faculty Award for Excellence in Undergraduate Teaching. This award is a unique opportunity for students to recognize faculty who have made the classroom experience engaging, fun and fulfilling. Each year students nominate their list of favorite faculty members who are then confirmed by their faculty peers.
UN GRAND HONNEUR BIEN MÉRITÉ Dr. Maria G. Traub was named Chevalier dans l’Ordre des Palmes Academiques by the French Government for services rendered in the domain of French culture. A frequent traveler abroad, she strongly advocates speaking more than one language in today’s world. In addition, Dr. Traub has studied voice in France and Italy and enjoys sharing her expertise with art majors.
