The SENSOR Is structured so that no feed residue can collect under it. At the same time it prevents bridges from forming from the feed to the partition wall, which leads to error messages in the system.

FREQUENCY CONVERTER Motor capacity can be throttled slowly with the a high-quality frequency converter, thus preventing abrupt stops in the passage of liquid feed that could cause material damage to the valves. As the frequency converter can control several motors the components can also be dosed exactly in the mixing container.

The feed is pumped into the pipe to the last valve in the pipe. After positioning the feed columns the relevant quantity is dispensed at each valve until the feed tank is empty. The displaced water enters the utilisation water tank (BW).
