Trick-or-treating is better in our community — more fun and safe for all of our kids! Bring your decorated car, truck, trailer or RTV, loaded with treats, out to Winnie-Stowell Park on Halloween Night, starting at 5:30 p.m. The kids can then go Trunk-Or-Treating from vehicleto-vehicle — all in one location. Hundreds and hundreds of kids go home with bags full of goodies and memories to last a lifetime! Winnie-Stowell Trunk-or-Treat is something everyone should do. Everything is FREE! Everyone participating has agreed not to charge for anything. Put a sign on your door on Halloween night that says “Meet us at Trunk-or-Treat in Winnie-Stowell Park.”
