Bastille “Bad Blood” Review ★★★★4/5 Stars If you are looking for a great album that isn’t like anything else out there right now you should check out “Bad Blood”, a new record from Bastille. A 4 piece band from London started by solo artist Dan Smith who later decided to turn his solo project into a band known today as Bastille. “Bad Blood” is the first project from the band released from Virgin Records. The extended cut CD features live, acoustic, stripped down versions on some of the tracks on the record. The hardest part is to decided if you like the main tracks or the extended track versions better. The fourth single from the record is the most well know tracks in the United States titled “Pompeii”. Other notable tracks include “The Silence”, “These Streets”, and a track titled “Laura Palmer” with the lyrics of the chorus “This is your heart. Can you feel it? Can you feel it? Pumps through your veins. Can you feel it? Can you feel it? “ I am excited to see more music from this band and catch them on tour in the near future. By Brett Schorr
