THE EXHIBIT HALL The Exhibit Hall will open for setup on Sunday, July 31, 2011 at midnight. The hall will open to the public on Monday, August 1, 2011 at 12:00 noon. The exhibit hall provides a unique opportunity to market to a very large number of convention pre-registrants, therefore, we strongly encourage exhibitors to set-up early in order to be prepared for the crowd. The Convention Registration Desk is located outside the Exhibit Hall where all meeting attendees must go to pick up their registration materials. Refreshments will be provided to exhibitors during exhibits hours. Each morning the Exhibit Hall opens before the structured educational sessions begin, and remain open during sessions and breaks. The Convention Message Center set up in the Exhibit Hall
brings additional traffic to the area. The Annual NBA Elections for NBA Officers will be held in the Exhibit Hall on Tuesday, August 2, 2011. SPONSORSHIP Exhibitors interested in increasing their visibility by sponsoring Exhibit Hall refreshments and other events should indicate their interest on the application form. The NBA has many specialized subsections and divisions, which allow sponsors to target their marketing toward preferred members of the NBA.
