GOODSTONE INN & RESTAURANT 36205 Snake Hill Rd, Middleburg VA 20117 p: 540.687.3333 w: Goodstone.com Nestled on 265 acres of some of the best Loudoun countryside, GOODSTONE is a destination in itself. The inn sits on Snake Hill Farm, a Virginia getaway since the 1930s that was also used for many years as a foxhunting venue for the Middleburg Hunt. The intimate dining room is located in the 1930s era carriage house and during the warmer months there is additional seating on the fieldstone patio overlooking Goose Creek. The Wine Cellar houses the restaurant’s 250 label wine list, including several labels from Loudoun and other regions in Virginia. Working their vast farmland, Goodstone grows most of the

herbs and vegetables on the menu, has a chicken and egg production, sheep, and plans for cattle. Executive Chef Ian Dieter brings French influences to the menu which is prepared in a Modern American/ French Country style. Soufflés are standard on the menu and traditional dishes like sweetbreads and frog legs often make an appearance on the evening’s specials. After your meal, step outside and take in the views and the peacefulness that abounds. You’ll feel the sense of awe and pride that Goodstone has honed to best honor this land and share it with us in the most elegant and delicious way. D e s t i n at i o n R e s ta u r a n t s |
