While Mytee Products, Inc. is a relatively young company, its roots go back decades. After doing janitorial cleaning for several years in the Los Angeles area, John LaBarbera started building carpet cleaning machines in his father, Frank LaBarbera’s garage in 1977. The Carpet Jenny Company was thus formed and Frank and John became partners, moving the company to Colorado Springs, Colorado in 1978. In 1990, the company was sold and the families moved back to California. In 1994, John started a company centered on a portable water heater product, the “Mytee Hot,” thus the name Mytee Products was born. In 1994, our innovative “Deluxe Prep Center” was introduced for the auto reconditioning industry. In 1995 due to the success of the Prep Center, even more auto detailing machines were added to the line. Convenience and power.
The Big B.O.S.S.™ frees you from your power cord. The on-board charger can be used with any standard wall outlet for charging - and it’s intelli-charge feature means the battery can’t be damaged by overcharging, so you can leave the unit plugged in and charging without worry.
The Electric Sprayer™ offers the same wash advantages as the B.O.S.S., but uses a standard 115V outlet to run the sprayer. Simply plug in at the job site, and you’re ready to dispense a variety of chemicals from it’s handy 3 gallon capacity tank.
As environmental regulations get tougher and tougher, water run-off is becoming a real concern for car washes and detailers. The B.O.S.S.™ allows you to wash a vehicle using low pressure, with virtually no run-off. Paired with a “low moisture wash” chemical, it can be used to effectively wash a vehicle with as little as 2 gallons of total water used. This gives you a “green” advantage over your competitors.
