John changed from the hospitality industry to real estate in 2006 and quickly received the Loveland/ Berthoud Board of Realtors® “Rookie of the Year” award. In 2009 John was voted by the Northern Colorado Business Report as one of the top “40 Professionals Under 40.” In 2012, John was recognized for his service and production and was on the cover of the nationally recognized Top Agent Magazine. He has 18 years of experience in sales, marketing, and hospitality and has earned many more recognitions and awards. In addition John is frequently asked to speak to real estate companies around the United States. John was born and raised in California, attended and graduated Dallas High School in Oregon, and studied Business Management in college. For 6 years John was stationed in 1st Ranger Battalion Hunter Ar my Airfield, which is located in Savannah, Georgia. Sergeant Simmons served in multiple deployments, was squad leader for combat search and rescue, and represented the entire Ranger Regiment competing in Best Ranger Competition in 1996, 1997, and 1998. While in the military, John met his future wife Ana. John and Ana were married on June 30th, 1997. In July of 1999, Ana and John moved to Norther n Colorado where they quickly fell in love with the people, lifestyle, and outdoor recreation. For 7 years John worked for Johnny Carinos Italian Restaurant. Because of his discipline, John was quickly promoted from Executive Chef, to General Manager, to Managing Partner, to Area Director, to Regional Training Director overseeing 35 restaurants in 4 states. On August 3rd, 2007, John and Ana welcomed their first son, Evan. For many years John and Ana struggled and prayed for a second child. Their prayers were answered and they welcomed their second son, Ean, on August 23rd, 2016. John quoted, “Being a Father is a blessing and truly makes everything else seem insignificant.” John sets the example when it comes to balance and quality of life. He offers exceptional customer service while balancing priorities: Faith, Family, Friends, Fun (which to most is work), Finances, and Fitness. Why Real Estate? “Because I love people and I enjoy being a part of their lives! I LOVE what I do!” Why start a new company? “This venture is only possible because of my real estate partner Jesse Laner who is taller than me, smarter than me, younger than me, and better looking than me. In addition, we both love setting the standard and helping others. I have a large extended family which I support. I was born to serve others; I led troops in the military, I led personnel in the restaurant industry, and now Jesse and I have the opportunity to lead and develop other successful real estate agents while serving our buyers and sellers.

My career in the Real Estate industry and passion for serving others began in high school at the age of 16. I started out as a receptionist for Land Title and with my work ethic, eagerness to learn, and be challenged, I quickly climbed the ladder to become a Jr Escrow Officer. I was born in Southern California and moved to Loveland at the age of seven and lived here until after my freshman year in High School at which time my family relocated to Las Vegas, Nevada. l met my husband, Garrett (who come to find out was my backyard neighbor growing up) in May 2009 which led me to move back to Northern Colorado in 2010. We married in July of 2011 and had our first child, Abbey Grace, in 2013. We welcomed baby number two, Ari Gavin, in September of 2015, and completed our family in January of 2018 with the arrival of Lexi Rose. During this season of my life and raising my young children, I wanted to focus and serve my family while also contributing financially so I became a Real Estate Assistant. When I moved back to Loveland with my background in Escrow, I was hired at The Group Inc, Real Estate serving agents in different capacities. Eager to learn and ready for the next challenge, I received my Real Estate license in January of 2012. After which I became a licensed personal assistant for two years for one of the highest producing Agents at The Group Inc in Fort Collins. When my daughter Abbey turned one my husband and I bought our first home in West Loveland. During that transition I was recruited by the owners of C3 Real Estate Solutions to help open their Loveland office location. Over the course of the next few years and to this day, I have utilized my exceptional organizational skills and extensive background in Real Estate to support John Simmons, the Co-Founder, Co-Owner, and Employing Broker of C3 Real Estate Solutions who just so happens to be one of the BEST Real Estate agents in Northern Colorado! I am honored that I have learned from the BEST!

Working side-by-side with John as his right-hand woman, I have had the pleasure to help thousands of families and handled transactions of all sizes. I have climbed the ladder and have so much respect for all positions within the real estate industry because I’ve done them all. In addition, I have been highly sought out to train other new assistants due to proven efficient processes. My children are all now in school full-time, which allows me the time and opportunity to step into yet another exciting season of my life building my own Real Estate business.

I’m ready to take my passion, skills, knowledge of 22 years of experience to another level and serve my clients in making all their real estate dreams come true!

In my free time you’ll find me spending time with my family, sweating it out in my home gym, reading a good suspense/thriller/romance novel, road tripping somewhere, or discovering all the beauty our beautiful state of Colorado has to offer!
