ASSOCIATE DEAN FOR RESEARCH The associate dean for research (ADR) is responsible for developing a visionary strategic plan for research, mentoring and facilitating faculty research, managing a full service-oriented research center, and providing research expertise. The ADR is part of the senior administrative team and directly reports to the dean of the College of Nursing. The position rank is at the associate or full professor. Qualifications include an earned doctorate in nursing or related health field, significant record of extramural research funding and peer-reviewed publications, demonstrated expertise in mentorship of f aculty, and experience in academic administrative leadership.
