5.2 - Non-derision MTM wants to provide its independent Health Coaches with the best products, compensation plan, and service in the industry. Therefore, it values a Health Coach’s constructive criticisms and comments. All such comments should be submitted by Account Email to the Operations Department. Remember, to best serve Health Coaches. While MTM welcomes constructive input, negative comments and remarks made in the field by Health Coaches about the Company, its products, or compensation plan serve no purpose other than to reduce the enthusiasm of other MTM Health Coaches. For this reason and to set the proper example for their Downlink, Health Coaches must not belittle, demean, or make negative remarks about MTM, other MTM Health Coaches, MTM’s products, the MTM Marketing and Compensation plan, or MTM’s directors, officers, or employees. Health Coaches shall not defame, abuse, harass, stalk, threaten or otherwise violate the legal rights (such as rights of privacy and publicity) of others. Health Coaches shall not publish, post, unload, distribute, or communicate any inappropriate, profane, defamatory, infringing, obscene, indecent or unlawful topics, names, materials or information. Health Coach shall not advertise or offer to sell any goods or services for any commercial purpose or conduct or forward surveys, contests, pyramid schemes or chain letters.

5.2.1 - Harassment Zero-Tolerance Policy MTM has a zero-tolerance policy regarding harassment of another person by a MTM Independent Health Coach. MTM expects its Independent Health Coaches to treat each other, as well as potential Health Coaches and Clients with dignity and respect. Violations of this policy include, but are not limited to: • Intimidating, harassing, or other aggressive behavior; • Causing repeated conflicts with Health Coaches or Clients; • Direct or indirect threats of harm. Violations of this policy will result in termination. If you are a victim of such behavior, it is important to respond appropriately. Please do not overreact and escalate the situation. Remain calm and notify MTM’s Operations Department immediately with detailed information about the incident at Operations@MTMweb.info, or in writing to MTM Operations, 340 South Lemon Avenue #7012, Los Angeles, CA. 91789, USA
