Was a Missouri Class 5 consensus first-team all-state selection after averaging 19.3 points, 4.2 rebounds and 3.8 assists for Coach Jay Osborne’s Nixa (Mo.) High Eagles as a senior in 2012-13 ... Made 86 3-pointers (.379) and earned All-Tournament honors at the Bass Pro Tournament of Champions, was named Central Ozarks Conference Player of the Year and earned all-district honors for the third year ... Eagles finished 22-6 and Class 5 district runners-up in 2013 ... Finished with a school record 1,722 career points ... Nixa was 101-16 in his four years with two district titles and three Central Ozarks Conference championships ...
