MVC Players of the Week Carly Thomas earned her sixth career MVC Player of the Week award in 2013 and was joined by Kaitlin Jaeger as a player of the week honoree while Ashley Mason twice won the league’s Defensive Player of the Week award and Simone House was the MVC Freshman of the Week one time. With the exception of 1991 and 1999, Missouri State has had at least one conference Player of the Week in each season since 1983.
