’ve heard it said that we never stop learning. Case in point, it was only last week that I figured out a significant feature of the Back Issues page mrhmag.com/magazine/backissues. Did you know where clicking on the thumbnail of a back issue cover takes you? I didn’t. In fact I was composing an e-mail to Joe asking for a website enhancement when I realized that clicking on a thumbnail takes you to the main web page for that issue. Luckily it occurred to me that I should try clicking the thumbnail before I clicked send. Why is that useful? Well, the main web page for each issue includes a list of ALL the articles in that issue and links to their reader feedback pages, making it an article index page. Previously when I tried to browse a back issue’s contents I’d go through contortions to get to that page – now it was only a couple of clicks away. I wanted to check something in the Al Frasch interview in the July issue. From mrhmag.com I clicked the Back Issues item in the Magazine menu to get to the back issues page (figure 1). Then I clicked the July 2011
