What is “true blue”? Not being the least artistic, I had to ask the experts — the artists who work at this downtown landmark. It’s not phthalo, light ultramarine or smalt blue, as nice as those shades are. It’s bleu franc, the “kind of blue you get in the sky when the sun is setting, or rising, just below the horizon.
