I’m here to help you keep the lights on. Working at the City of Palo Alto Utilities, I really listen to our customers. I know how difficult it is when there’s not enough to pay utility bills, but I also know Palo Altans will reach out to help each other. It makes me feel great to offer solutions like our Rate Assistance Program to provide longer-term bill reductions, Residential Energy Assistance Program to provide free efficiency improvements and ProjectPLEDGE, which provides one-time bill relief funded directly by donations from the community.
