Pulling from the most basic cooking methods, over an open fire, the central open-flame wood grill and rotisserie will be the centerpiece of the new restaurant. Utilizing fresh and pure Rocky Mountain ingredients, the dining experience at Mountain Standard will certainly be one to remember.
“You get pure flavor when cooking over fire,” explains Chef Brouillard who will head up the kitchen at Mountain Standard, “We plan to offer menu selections that are simply prepared – sometimes with only three or four ingredients. We plan
