It’s a BOOM out there! Hi, its Adam here from Prudential Real Estate. Welcome to our latest quarterly report for Rosemeadow in 2015. Over the last three months we’ve seen a spectacular property boom! With another cut to interest rates, consumer confidence is at an all time high, it is an ex c iting tim e f or Ros em eado w homeowners to cash-in while the local market is hot.

Our office has been involved in some record-setting sales in recent times, including the beautifully presented 4 bedroom family home at 44 Archibald Crescent, Rosemeadow Gardens which sold for $570,000. A few other hot property sales in the area include the renovator’s dream at 15 Donalbain Circuit, Rosemeadow which sold for $475,000 and the

astounded by the Macarthur Heights land release sale which claimed a sales record, selling out in half an hour! Our advice to buyers at the moment is simple, if you are attending open homes, come with a plan, know the limits of your financial position and be prepared to make a decision as wellpositioned properties are generally selling fast.
