The Center for Small Towns focuses on connecting small communities with the resources of the larger University system and providing students hands-on experience. Students work on a large variety of projects such as assisting with stainability issues for rural communities, analyzing and creating surveys, researching rural issues, working with community leaders, and much more. Past and current students have loved the opportunity to serve the greater community while gathering valuable resumé-building experience and gaining marketable skills.
