CHRISTMAS GREETING ISSUE - MORRIS SUN TRIBUNE

The best Christmas I ever had

One Christmas, I guilt a huge iglo with my brother Caleb. It was big enough that we could site and stand in it. It took all day to build, and at the end of the day we went and got two flashlights. We stuck them in the snow. Then we went and got my Grandma, Mom, Dad, Simon and Gavin. Finally we wanted to see how many people we could fit in it. We could fit everyone in it. Then we went back inside, ate and opened presents. That was the best Christmas I ever had. Riah Grant

O n e o f m y f avo r i t e Christmas memories is when my little brother and sister were born. Their names are Katie and Christopher. They were born a few days after Christmas on January 5th. They were so cute. They weighed almost 3 pounds and fit in my dad's hands. On Christmas Eve, we had to stay in the hospital for 5 hours. On January 5th when they were born, they had to stay in the hospital for a few days. I was sad about that. One day when I came home from school my dad called me to come inside. He said, "Come and pick up this mess you made in my room." I didn't know what he was talking about. When I walked into the room my mom was sitting on the bed holding Katie and C h r i s t o p h e r. I w a s s o HAPPY to see them. Melissa Fritz

M y f avo r i t e w i n t e r memory is going to Ande's Tower Hills. I like going on the jumps and I usually use skis. I go on a lot of the hills. My dad, sister, brother and I go togethter. My dad and brother use snowboards and my sister uses skis. The biggest hill there is Hollywood High. It is very big! It is so big, that you can see it from very far away. Matthew Thompson (third grade)
