BEFOREHAND, FOOD REMOVAL POLICIES HAD BEEN LIMITED TO WORD OF MOUTH. THERE IS NO DOCUMENTATION IN ANY PLU POLICIES OR PROCEDURES THAT SPEAKS TO TAKING FOOD FROM THE ALL-YOU-CARE-TO-EAT DINNER SWIPES.
