Double Chamber

For our down tubes and front forks, we use a unique construction method which is labeled Double Chamber. A secondary supporting internal carbon wall is integrated throughout the entire carbon down tube to prevent torsion. The down tube is particularly susceptible to torsion which results in forward motion without a loss of energy. Each pedal stroke causes immense pressure on the down tube and bottom bracket. With Double Chamber technology you can be assured that this is reduced to a minimum and that your energy is directed into forward motion. Normally a front fork is not an integral part of the frameset, most of the time a standard fork is sourced and added to the frame. For ultimate handling and a really responsive ride, we believe that the frame and fork should be developed together as one unit. The front fork is the nerve centre of any bike as it transmits road conditions to the hands of the rider through the handlebars. Our forks have been designed only for our frames and this has resulted in a perfectly balanced unit. As in the case of the down tube, we have used Double Chamber tubing for our front forks also. The result is that once again torsion is eliminated. Front fork vibration has always been a major problem in fork technology as the rider can lose the â&#x20AC;&#x2DC;feelâ&#x20AC;&#x2122; of the road when there is excessive vibration on fast descents and tight turns are not recommended. Our DOUBLE CHAMBER technology reduces vibration to a minimum.

TECHNOLOGY_

Internal Cable Routing BeOne offers an internal cable routing on all carbon models and on the majority of the alloy road frames. Internal cable routing gives your bike a clean look, protects the cables against dirt and guarantees better shifting and brake performances.

Aluminium Lite

Our top end alloy models are made of super lightweight K7 alloy. These frames are race-ready and can compete with the best carbon racers but also offer the reliability, comfort and durability of a alloy frame. Specifications follow the latest technology in wall thickness, smooth welding together with internal cable routing, tapered headset and thin rear stays in a state of the art design.

BB30

BB30 is a new bottom bracket standard that allows the use of bottom bracket bearings up to 30mm diameter. The BB30 spindle is stiffer, stronger and lighter compared to the current BSA standard. BB30 is durable and increases power transfer and torsional stiffness. *Applies only to the high end frames that are sold separately.

E-BIKE_ BeOne with electric energy For the 2012 season, BeOne has designed a sportive, lightweight E-Bike (pedelec) just over 20kg, the first BeOne sports/tour bike in the collection with pedal assistance, for women and men who want to cycle through the countryside with a little help. This bike is also perfectly suited for sports men and women who want to join a tour group or maybe for a less serious rider who likes to follow their partner on a road racing bike. The new E-volution model is equipped with the advanced and reliable Panterra 36V ED3 system. This sporty touring bike has a powerful and very quiet front wheel motor which delivers 250 watts of continuous power.
