1. Guests may choose between a $3,000 refundable damage deposit OR a non-refundable $69 Vacation Rental Damage Protection Plan (VRDPP) that would be paid upon booking, along with a deposit of $369. The VRDPP provides you and your vacation party with up to $3,000 worth of accidental property damage coverage. Cancellations and/or changes must be made 30 days (90 days for monthly reservations) prior to check-in. A $30 processing fee applies to ALL reservations. Intentional damages or damages in excess of $3,000 will be the responsibility of the renter. 2. Personal checks, cashier’s checks and money orders accepted. Cash is not accepted. Renter will be responsible for attorney fees associated with collections. 3. Discover, MasterCard and Visa ONLY are accepted (not on monthly reservations). 4. Rates subject to current lodging tax. 5. Minimum stay 3 nights. 6. Maximum number of guests: 6 in two-bedroom units; 8 in three-bedroom units. 7. No rentals to young singles under age 25. 8. Check-in: 3 p.m. Check-out: 10 a.m. (no guarantee on 3 p.m. check-in). 9. Pets are not allowed in rental units. 10. Linen and bath towels provided (start-up toiletries are not replenished). 11. Renters will pay for departure clean. 12. Parking: Vehicle registration information will be collected at booking along with the Vehicle Registration Certificate Fee of $20.00 per vehicle. Any lost or stolen vehicle certificates must be reissued at the vehicle owner’s expense. All parking is limited to two parking spaces per unit. 13. No boats, wave runners or RVs allowed. 14.
