Lotus Exige S Skin Design Brief Over the summer I was asked to design a vinyl skin for my godfathers new Lotus Exige S. The car is going to be kept at the nurburgring in Germany where it will become a part of his amateur racing team. The car needs vinyl because it will be prone to chips from stones when racing. The client has also asked me to create a brand new identity for the racing team, including the name. This will mean designing a logo, various sponsor logos, car designs, transport vehicle designs, various apparel designs etc. The team will also need a degree of promotional material created.

Background / Considerations How will people hear about the team? Who will the target audience primarily be?

Mandatory Requirements

Deliverables

A logo and team name complete with slogan And Identity.

3 A2 design boards showing finalised designs plus development of car design, promotional design, car transport vehicle design and merchandise design.

No Nukes Japan Brief This decade saw the one of the worst natural disasters ever seen by a living person. The Japanese earthquake and devastating tsunami completely decimated the northeast shoreline of Japan. Thousands died and millions more were left homeless. After the destruction it was discovered that the fukushima dichi nuclear power plant had been severely damaged. With a serious threat of nuclear meltdown, even more people were forced to flee their homes. This seems like the perfect time to raise awareness about the dangers nuclear energy will have on our planet and to the people on it. Your task is to produce a range of anti nuclear posters. This will maybe encourage governments to turn to other viable and cleaner sources of energy such as wind and solar power. Create promotional material for an event that will raise money and awareness about the dangers of nuclear power and also raise awareness of other safer energy solutions. The event will need to showcase the range of posters as well as being branded and promoted to a suitable target audience. The event will be put on by a charity that will also need an identity created for it. Background / Considerations Think about the Japanese peoples past experiences with nuclear power. Their country was the first and only to be bombed by nuclear weapons. Maybe this could be used to conjure some kind of emotion.

Mandatory Requirements

Deliverables

Range of 5 posters Brand Identity for Event Brand Identity for Charity Suitable promotional material for event.

Promotional material 5 A2 Posters
