TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE • All goods remain the property of Molloy’s Liquor Stores until they are paid for in full. Minimum age of 18 to place and receive the order. • A minimum of Four working days should be allowed for delivery. Orders received after Monday 18th of December will be executed but cannot be guaranteed delivery before the 24th December. • Every effort has been made to accurately describe the goods in the brochure and Molloy’s Liquor Stores are not liable for any errors or omissions contained therein. • In the event of an item not being available at the time of ordering, Molloy’s Liquor Stores reserve the right to substitute with similar items of comparable quality and value. • If the goods are not delivered in perfect condition, please notify Molloy’s Liquor Stores within 48 hours. • Phone or e-mail branch involved or e-mail info@molloys.ie.
