Bernard Osher Foundation The Osher Foundation seeks to improve quality of life through the support of lifelong learning institutes such as MOLLI. The Bernard Osher Foundation was founded in 1977 by Bernard Osher, a respected businessman and community leader. The Osher Foundation has now funded more than 120 Osher Lifelong Learning Institutes on campuses of colleges and universities from Maine to Hawaii. Register for MOLLI Courses MOLLI Membership is a great way to support lifelong learning and is required to enroll in courses. Membership: $20 annual fee Course Fees: $60 per course + fees if applicable Step 1: Fill-out the registration form on the next page. Step 2: Fill-in the oval next to the course(s) you wish to enroll.
