All measurements must be taken as close to the skin as possible! Bust - Measure the fullest part of the chest with arms down. Waist - Measure around natural waistline. High Hip - Measure around hip bone area at 3 inches below the waist. Full Hip - Measure around the fullest part of the buttocks. Girth - Measure from the center of the shoulder, down the front, through the crotch, and up the back to the starting point. When in doubt, size up. Your parents would rather take a tuck than have a costume too tight. It`s extremely important to get accurate high hip measurement for all our tutus.
