Measurement GUIDE All measurements must be taken as close to the skin as possible! Bust - Measure the fullest part of the chest with arms down. Waist - Measure around natural waistline. High Hip - Measure around hip bone area at 3 inches below the waist. Full Hip - Measure around the fullest part of the buttocks. Girth - Measure from the center of the shoulder, down the front, through the crotch, and up the back to the starting point. Girth is the most important measurement in determining proper fit for one-piece costumes. When in doubt, size up.
