The clock is ticking, and graduation is right around the corner. You’ve made your decision about what school you’re going to in the fall. But what’s next? Going to college is a big step in your life. Are you prepared for all the things you may need? According to Collegeprep101. com, enrolling in classes early is a big must. Going to orientation early allows you to have more of an option when choosing classes. You don’t want to be the one stuck in the classes that have difficult professors because the others are full. When choosing your classes, be sure to look up your professor on http://www.ratemyprofessors.com/. This way, you will be able to see if the professor teaches well by looking at ratings given by students. Before moving in, make a list of the things you will need to bring with you. these things with your roommate if possible. Things you may need to bring are mini refrigerators, TV, a stereo, etc. With social networking, connecting with your roommate is very easy. Search them up on Facebook, and start sending your messages. Have a fear of getting stuck with a roommate you will hate? Join the Facebook page your college offers, and try getting to know your new classmates. You may find a roommate through there. It may not seem like something to worry about, but figure out the way that you will talk to your parents and stay in touch. Teach mom and dad how to use Skype before moving out. Try calling them every night, or every other night because they will miss you a lot more than you expect. After all, they are sending you checks with “Tuition” written in the memo every year. You can’t forget about them that quickly.

organize your shopping. And lastly, it’s your final summer before moving out, so enjoy every moment of it. Don’t sleep it away. Get out and hang out with those friends that you may not see until Thanksgiving break.
