ORDER GRANTING DEFENDANT FULTON IMPROVEMENTS, LLC'S MOTION FOR ENLARGEMENT OF PAGES Presently before the Court is Defendant Fulton Improvements, LLC's motion for enlargement of pages [340] relative to its reply in further support of its motion to exclude the opinions of Plaintiffs expert John R. Krewson [246]. The Court finds the motion [340] is well taken. THEREFORE, it is hereby ORDERED that Defendant Fulton Improvements, LLC's motion for enlargement of pages [340] is GRANTED. Defendant Fulton Improvements, LLC may submit fifteen (15) additional pages in its rebuttal memorandum in support of its motion to exclude the opinions of Plaintiffs expert John R. Krewson [246].
